Audria Auditoría y Consultoría, SLP. and Activa Auditoria & Consultoria, SLP have merged to create the new firm Nexia Audiva, SLP, which started its activity this October 2026.
The two professional services firms specializing in auditing and consulting for companies, with extensive experience in the sector, have joined forces with the aim of combining talent, knowledge and experience, while simultaneously strengthening the ability of both companies to offer an even more complete and specialized service to their clients.
Nexia Audiva has integrated the teams of Audria and Activa: it has 9 partners and 70 employees, with a combined turnover of €6.5 million. The new firm boasts a team of qualified professionals with extensive experience in auditing, business consulting, and other related services. Furthermore, the new firm continues to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s needs, without compromising its core values: quality, independence, integrity, and personalized service.
The board of directors of Nexia Audiva is chaired by Emili Coll, with Juan Luis Casanova as vice-chairman. Casanova explained that “we are embarking on this new phase with the desire to continue growing together, as Audria and Activa shared the same work philosophy, as well as principles and values that have allowed us to build lasting relationships of trust.” He added, “We are convinced that this merger will strengthen our value proposition, combining specialization, excellence, rigor, and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.”
The new company’s headquarters remain in Barcelona, at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 645, 6th floor, the same address where Audria was headquartered. Nexia Audiva also has other offices that were previously located separately by Audria and Activa: in Madrid, Andorra, and Vigo.
Nexia Audiva remains part of Nexia, one of the world’s leading networks of independent professional services firms, with $2.73 billion in revenue, 23,578 employees, and a presence in 118 countries. This allows the new firm to maintain a global perspective and offer its clients access to opportunities and resources worldwide.
