He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has complemented his training with various postgraduate and specialization courses in private law and procedural law, focusing particularly on criminal law and the criminal liability of legal entities.
A practicing lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, he founded the law firm MANDRI ABOGADOS in 1999. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous criminal proceedings of great media relevance and institutional impact, including the Metro de Madrid, Colegio Valdeluz, Gürtel, and Lezo cases.
He combines his professional activity with teaching Criminal Law in Master’s Degree programs in Access to the Legal Profession and International Law at various universities, such as Carlos III University, Cardenal Cisneros University Center (UCM), and the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE). He also regularly participates as a speaker in courses, conferences, seminars, and round tables specializing in criminal law.
He is the author and co-author of numerous articles and works on this subject, with a special focus on the criminal liability of legal persons. His most recent publications include Guía para la implantación del Compliance en la empresa (Guide to the Implementation of Compliance in Companies) (Bosch, 2017) and Compliance y actuación procesal de las personas jurídicas (Compliance and Procedural Action of Legal Persons) (Sepín, 2019).
